UK ROCK CHALLENGE 2004
HULL THEMES:-

Malet Lambert School & Language College
"Olympic Dreams"

The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win, but to take part. Just as the most important thing in life is not the triumph, but the struggle. Our dance explores people as individuals and their dreams.

Archbishop Thurstan School
"DARE"

Throughout our lives we follow rules & routines. Childhood may be the key to our freedom as it allows us to dream, hope and seek happiness. We should celebrate those who have held onto this and "dared to be different".

Sir Henry Cooper School
"That's What We Call Entertainment"

Many films influence our lives. Some of the music we have danced to comes from films that inspired us to want to dance.

Andrew Marvell School
"What's Your Poison ?"

Our Rock Challenge is based on the theme of alcohol abuse and peer pressure. We cover the issues of being forced to drink by your friends, domestic violence due to alcohol abuse, and the medical dangers of excessive drinking.

Winifred Holtby School
"A Message for Your Mind"

Choice echoes in consequence. Every step you take, every junction you choose, you shape your own future. Think forward and choose your path with care. The pressures will tempt you but see through and carry on.
